Summary

This study tested a new therapy that uses a brain-computer interface combined with electrical stimulation to help stroke survivors improve their walking. 62 adults who had a stroke at least 6 months earlier and had trouble walking took part. The approach aimed to retrain the brain and muscles to work together better, potentially offering lasting improvements beyond standard physical therapy.
