Summary

This study aims to see if giving a TB vaccine booster through an inhaled mist is more effective than the standard skin injection. Researchers will compare immune responses in 36 adults who received the BCG vaccine as children, including a group with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future vaccine strategies for people at higher risk of tuberculosis.
