Summary

This study tests whether giving the BCG vaccine as an inhaled mist works better than the usual injection for boosting immunity against tuberculosis. It includes 36 healthy adults who have already had the BCG vaccine, some with type 2 diabetes and some without. Researchers will measure immune responses through blood tests and a lung wash procedure 14 days after vaccination.
