Summary
This study tests a new drug, BCD-261, in 198 adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who haven't improved with standard treatments. Participants receive one of three doses of BCD-261 or a placebo as an injection. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms, like less bleeding and fewer bowel movements.
