New hope for ulcerative colitis sufferers: experimental drug BCD-261 enters Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BCD-261 in about 198 adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis who haven't responded well to standard treatments. Participants will receive either BCD-261 or a placebo to see if the drug can reduce symptoms and inflammation. The goal is to find a better treatment option for this chronic bowel disease.
