NCT ID NCT07408089
Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new oral drug called BBI-940 for advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The main goal is to find a safe and tolerable dose, either alone or combined with another cancer drug. Researchers will enroll about 96 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments to see how their bodies handle the drug and if it shows signs of helping control the disease.
