Summary

This study tested a new way to treat breast cancer that has spread to the brain. Doctors used sound waves guided by MRI to temporarily open the brain's protective barrier, allowing cancer drugs to reach the tumors. The study included 8 people with a specific type of breast cancer (HER2-positive) and focused on whether the procedure was safe and possible to do.
