Summary
This Phase 2 study tests a topical gel called BB-101 for treating diabetic lower leg and foot ulcers. About 96 adults with diabetes will be randomly assigned to receive either the gel or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they get. The main goal is to see how much the wound shrinks over time, with secondary checks on complete healing and safety.
