New gel could heal diabetic foot sores faster

Summary
This study tests a gel called BB-101 on hard-to-heal foot and leg ulcers in people with diabetes. The goal is to see if it helps wounds close faster and more completely. About 96 adults with diabetes will receive either the gel or a placebo, and their wound healing will be tracked over time.
