New targeted drug shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BAY 3713372 in people with solid tumors that lack a gene called MTAP. The drug works by blocking a protein that helps these cancer cells grow, while leaving normal cells alone. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 370 adults will take part, starting with small groups to find the best dose, then expanding to more people.
