New pacing technique could boost heart function in Hard-to-Treat patients

Summary
This study compares a new pacing method called LOT-CRT to standard biventricular pacing in 86 heart failure patients with a specific type of heart block (NICD). The goal is to see if LOT-CRT better preserves or improves the heart's pumping ability. Participants will be followed for at least 6 months after the procedure.
