Summary
This study looked at whether basic body awareness therapy (gentle exercises focusing on how your body feels and moves) can help earthquake survivors. 30 adults who lived through the 2023 Turkey earthquakes took part. The therapy aimed to improve core muscle endurance, posture, balance, quality of life, and body awareness. Results may help develop simple, low-cost support for people affected by natural disasters.
