Summary
This study aims to see if the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) drug baricitinib changes markers linked to heart disease and blood clot risk. It will compare 100 RA patients taking baricitinib with those on standard treatment over three months. The goal is to better understand the drug's safety profile regarding these serious health risks.
