Summary
This study tests a daily pill called baricitinib for children aged 2 to 18 with active uveitis (eye inflammation) linked to juvenile arthritis or a related condition. The goal is to see if it safely reduces eye inflammation better than current treatments. About 30 participants who haven't responded well to methotrexate will take baricitinib or an active comparator.
