Summary

This study looks at how baricitinib, a drug for rheumatoid arthritis, affects blood clotting and cholesterol levels. Researchers will compare baricitinib to standard treatments in 100 adults with active RA. The goal is to see if baricitinib can reduce heart disease risks often linked to RA.
