Summary

This study tests a home strengthening program for adults aged 65 and older who have sarcopenia (muscle loss) or frailty. Participants use a Bluetooth-connected resistance band and app that gives real-time feedback, while a doctor monitors progress remotely. The goal is to see if seniors can use the system easily and if it improves their strength, walking speed, and mobility over 12 weeks.
