First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, balstilimab and botensilimab, is safe and effective as a first treatment for people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not had prior therapy for advanced disease. The study will enroll 45 participants and measure how many are alive without their cancer growing after 12 months. The drugs work by helping the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells.
