Summary
This study looks at whether learning solo Jive dancing can help hospital employees improve their leg strength, balance, body composition, and memory. Twenty hospital staff members will take part in an 8-week program, with 4 weeks of self-guided practice followed by 4 weeks of structured dance lessons. Researchers will measure changes in muscle strength, balance, and thinking skills to see if dancing is a fun and effective way to promote workplace wellness.
