NCT ID NCT07278219

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether a Balint-based group intervention could reduce burnout and improve communication skills in nurses. Thirty nurses were randomly assigned to either six weekly online Balint sessions or their usual routine. Burnout and communication skills were measured before, right after, and at one and three months after the sessions.
