Summary

This study is testing whether training older adults to better sense body movements can improve their balance. Researchers will have 30 healthy adults aged 65-89 practice detecting tilts and side-to-side motions while receiving feedback. The goal is to understand if this type of training helps people maintain steadiness during standing and walking tests.
