Summary
This study is testing whether a special balance therapy can help prevent falls in people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will work with 100 participants who have both Alzheimer's and inner-ear balance problems. The therapy involves weekly sessions and daily home exercises over 8 weeks, with caregivers helping track progress.
