Summary
This study tests whether balance exercises done at home with wearable sensors can help older adults with Parkinson's disease improve their stability and reduce fall risk. Researchers will enroll 80 people aged 55-85 with mild to moderate Parkinson's. Participants will be guided remotely through balance training, and their progress will be measured using a standard balance test.
