Summary

This study looks at how neck strength affects balance in adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will compare standard balance training with balance training plus neck strengthening exercises. The goal is to understand if stronger neck muscles can improve balance and reduce fall risk. 110 participants will be tested using force plates, VR headsets, and physical assessments.
