Summary
This study is watching how often bacterial meningitis happens in children and newborns, which bacteria cause it, and how well vaccines and antibiotics work. Researchers will collect information from up to 10,000 children with signs of meningitis. The goal is to improve treatment and prevention, not to test a new drug.
