Summary
This study looks at a program called Back to Living Well, which combines exercise, education, and self-management to help people with long-term low back pain. The goal is to reduce disability and prevent pain from coming back. About 90 adults with persistent low back pain will take part in either in-person or online sessions at local YMCAs. Researchers will track pain levels and daily function to see how well the program works.
