Summary
This study is testing two different exercise approaches to help young rowers manage low back pain. Researchers want to see if lighter training with restricted blood flow works as well as traditional heavy lifting for improving performance while being safer. The study involves 120 rowers aged 13-20 who experience mild or recurring back pain.
