Summary
This study compares two manual therapy techniques—integrated neuromuscular inhibition and muscle energy—each combined with core stabilization exercises, in 60 adults with chronic mechanical low back pain. Participants receive treatment twice weekly for six weeks. The goal is to see which combination better reduces pain, improves mobility, and enhances quality of life.
