Can a Hands-On technique boost the benefits of back exercises?
NCT ID NCT07441031
Summary
This study tested two physical therapy approaches for people with non-specific low back pain. It compared a standard set of core-strengthening exercises (McGill method) to the same exercises combined with a hands-on massage technique (3D myofascial release). The goal was to see which approach was better at reducing pain and improving posture over a 6-week period.
