Can a simple 6-Week exercise ease student back pain?

Summary

This study is testing a modified version of a common back exercise to see if it can help university students with ongoing low back pain. Students with and without back pain will perform the exercise twice a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure if the exercise improves back muscle endurance and, for those with pain, reduces their pain and disability.
