Can a 'Baby' dose of hormone drugs stop breast cancer before it starts?

Summary

This study compares two low-dose hormone drugs, exemestane and tamoxifen, in 140 post-menopausal women at high risk for breast cancer. The goal is to see which drug causes fewer menopausal side effects while still helping to prevent breast cancer. Participants will take the medication for 12 months and report their quality of life through questionnaires.
