Could a 'Baby Dose' of hormone drugs prevent breast cancer?

Summary

This study tests whether a low dose of exemestane or tamoxifen can help prevent breast cancer in postmenopausal women at high risk. About 140 women will take one of the two drugs for a year. The main goal is to see which one causes fewer side effects and better maintains quality of life.
