Summary

This study tests two low-dose hormone drugs, exemestane and tamoxifen, in 140 postmenopausal women at high risk for breast cancer. The goal is to see which one better maintains quality of life over 12 months while helping prevent cancer. Participants take a daily pill and complete questionnaires about their symptoms and well-being.
