NCT ID NCT00401141
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at B cells (a type of immune cell) in 30 people with non-active systemic lupus erythematosus and compared them to B cells from healthy volunteers. The goal was to find genetic differences that might explain lupus even when symptoms are quiet. No treatment was given; this was purely an observation to learn more about the disease.
