Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called AZD5492 in people with B-cell cancers (like lymphoma or leukemia) that have come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The drug works by helping the body's T cells attack cancer cells. The trial will check safety, side effects, and whether the drug shrinks tumors. About 174 adults will take part.
