Summary
This is a very early, first-in-human study to check if a new drug called AZD4954 is safe and how it behaves in the body. It will test single and multiple doses in healthy volunteers and people with high cholesterol who also have a specific risk factor called elevated Lp(a). The main goal is to understand the drug's safety profile and how it is processed by the body.
