Summary
This study tested a new drug called AZD4604 in 36 adults with moderate-to-severe asthma. The goal was to see if it reduces airway inflammation better than a placebo over 4 weeks. Participants took the drug or a placebo and had their airway cells checked for signs of inflammation. The results will help decide if larger studies are needed.
