Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD4512, alone or with other cancer drugs, in adults with a type of blood cancer (B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 91 participants will take part across multiple countries.
