NCT ID NCT07024823

Summary

This is the first study in people to test the safety of an experimental drug called AZD4248. Researchers will give single and multiple doses to healthy volunteers and people with diabetic kidney disease to see how the body handles it and check for side effects. A separate part of the study will also test if people can reliably measure their own kidney function from home using a special device.
