Summary
This study tested a new drug called AZD4076 in 40 healthy men to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The drug is being developed for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious liver condition. Since this was the first time the drug was given to humans, the main goal was to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
