Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD1390 given together with radiation therapy for people with glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain cancer) or brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see how the body processes it. About 180 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
