Summary

This study tests a new drug called AZD0901 in 33 adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. Participants must have a specific protein (CLDN18.2) on their cancer cells and have already tried at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
