Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD0901 in adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. About 33 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor their response and any side effects.
