Summary

This study is testing a new drug called AZD0305 for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer, that has come back or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer, either by itself or combined with other cancer drugs. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard therapies.
