Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called AZD0120 for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) that has not responded to other therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and attack harmful cells linked to MS. The main goal is to check if the therapy is safe and tolerable for 24 adults with MS.
