First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests a new oral drug, AVZO-021, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The drug targets a protein called CDK2 to slow or stop cancer growth. The trial has two phases: first to find the safest dose, then to see if it shrinks tumors or delays progression in specific cancers like breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancer.
