Summary
This study is the first to test AVZO-021, an oral drug that blocks a protein called CDK2, in people with advanced solid tumors. The trial will enroll about 430 adults with certain breast, ovarian, or other cancers. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the drug can shrink tumors, both alone and with other cancer drugs.
