Summary

This study looked at whether eating avocado or mango every day for 8 weeks could help blood vessels work better and improve thinking in people with pre-diabetes. 82 adults with pre-diabetes and slightly high blood pressure took part. Researchers measured blood vessel stiffness, blood flow, and performed eye scans and thinking tests to see if these fruits made a difference.
