Blood test may predict clot risk in rare blood cancers

Summary
This study is looking for better ways to predict blood clots in people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of blood cancers. Researchers will measure specific markers in the blood of 300 participants to see if these markers can identify who is at higher risk for clots. The goal is to improve prevention and treatment of this serious complication.
