This study is looking for better ways to predict blood clots in people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of blood cancers. Researchers will measure specific markers in the blood of 300 participants to see if they can tell who is at higher risk for clots. The goal is to improve prevention and treatment of these dangerous events.
