Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two drugs, avapritinib and decitabine, for people with a rare blood cancer called systemic mastocytosis with an associated hematologic neoplasm (SM-AHN). The goal is to find a safe dose that can control both parts of the disease. About 34 adults will take part to see how well the combination works and what side effects occur.
