Summary

This study is testing a drug called avacopan in children aged 6 to 18 who have a rare autoimmune condition called ANCA-associated vasculitis. The main goal is to see if adding avacopan to standard treatments helps children achieve and maintain disease remission over one year. Researchers will also monitor safety, how the drug works in children's bodies, and even how the medicine tastes to kids.
