Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug avacopan to standard treatments (rituximab or cyclophosphamide) can help children aged 6 to 17 with active ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) achieve remission. AAV is a rare disease where the immune system attacks small blood vessels, causing organ damage. The trial will enroll 20 participants and measure disease remission at 26 and 52 weeks, along with safety and drug levels in the blood.
