Summary
This study looks at whether automated insulin delivery (AID) systems can safely manage blood sugar during labor and delivery for pregnant people with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will compare AID to standard IV insulin in 150 participants. The goal is to improve newborn blood sugar levels and birth satisfaction.
