Summary
This study is testing a job support program designed to help autistic adults find and keep competitive jobs in their community. Researchers will work with 60 unemployed autistic adults aged 18-40 and their employment agencies to see if the program is practical, well-liked, and effective. The goal is to create a proven model that can be expanded to help more people.
