This study tests whether using an augmented reality (AR) game called Little NIRVANA, along with numbing cream, can reduce pain and anxiety in children aged 2 to 8 years old when they get an IV in the emergency department. About 130 children will take part. The goal is to see if the AR tool is practical and helpful without slowing down care or causing extra problems.
