Summary
This study tested two audio-based programs to help reduce depression symptoms in adults with moderate or higher depression. 101 participants were randomly assigned to listen to either a behavioral activation program or a self-monitoring program over 2 weeks, with follow-up at 5 weeks. The goal was to see if these audio interventions could ease depressive symptoms without medication.
